We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on My Shadow Assistant Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all My Shadow Assistant purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your transaction using the email address you used at checkout.
- Submit a refund request directly through the Paddle portal.
- Alternatively, contact Darcy Reid through the support channel inside your My Shadow Assistant account and we'll help you process the refund through Paddle.
Cancellations vs refunds
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current paid period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunding returns money you've already paid. Refunds are available within the 30-day window described above.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
